Delivery
Currently orders are shipped throughout the UK and internationally using Royal Mail.
Preparation time:
Orders are dispatched between 1-3 days after the purchase is complete as some are personalised and made to order.
Shipping Methods
For individual prints and canvas panels we use standard Royal Mail large letter postage. For our repurposed framed art we use Royal Mail small or medium parcels with tracking and a delivery confirmation.
Prices & Estimated delivery times
Delivery costs and options are calculated at the checkout and multiple products will be combined into one flat shipping rate. Delivery times are an estimate and may vary due to delays such as postal disruptions, weather conditions or customs processing. Delivery times do not include order preparation time. Please note you are responsible for any import charges due in your country.
Here are the basic rates and delivery times for shipping:
Standard Large Letter:
UK: 1-2 business days - £1.75
EU: 3-5 business days - £3.50
INTL: 6-7 business days - £4.50
Small Tracked Parcel:
UK: 1 business day - £4.00
EU: 3-5 business days - £9.50
INTL: 6-7 business days - £15.00
Order Methods with Tracking:
For orders with tracking, such as small to medium parcels. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
You will need to include an email address with your order to receive tracking information.

Returns and Cancellations:
Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
Damaged prints and canvasses will be replaced. One of a kind items such as the upcycled frames will need to be returned to us and will be refunded. In this instance postage is paid for by us. Please be careful when handling the products as oils from your hands may tarnish the print, when handling and packing your print we will use gloves.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please check the product dimensions carefully before purchasing
For non custom and personalised orders, you do have a 14 day cooling off period as in accordance with UK consumer law. Postage costs for returns that are not faulty or damaged are to be paid by the buyer.
Personalised items
Personalised prints and items do not have a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Personalised items cannot be cancelled as your item may already be in production.
When ordering a personalised item, please ensure you have entered your required information and requests carefully and correctly. Mock ups and revisions are not included and your item will be made with the information you have provided. If we feel there is a very obvious mistake, we will contact you but please note this may delay your shipping. If we don’t hear back from you promptly, we will cancel the order or send the order as requested.
